Consulting Services
Single Session Bookings (1-Hour Consulting via Zoom): Refund requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session. Refunds will be issued minus a 5% processing fee.
Consulting Packages (6-Session Bundle): Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been used. After sessions begin, packages are non-refundable.
Speaking Engagements & Board Services
Deposits made for speaking engagements or board service inquiries are non-refundable, as significant preparation and scheduling commitments are required.
Rescheduling Policy
We allow rescheduling of consulting sessions with at least 48 hours’ notice at no additional cost.
